Jill Sendik
Jill Sendik is a Speech Language Pathologist who specializes in pediatric therapy. She has been working with children ages eighteen months through fourteen years of age since 1998. She enjoys working with children of all ages with articulation and phonological disorders, apraxia, receptive and expressive language disorders, auditory processing disorders, oral motor difficulties as well as engaging in cognitive language therapy.
Jill engages in professional development and incorporates modern research in phoneme awareness and phonological processing necessary for emerging literacy. Collaboration on a frequent basic with Jill’s client’s and long term relationships with school personnel are naturally established. She consults with private and public school teachers and therapists to effectively support her patient’s needs.
Jill has worked in private practice since September 1998. She has also worked in early intervention. Jill received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and her graduate degree from Emerson College in Boston. She is a member of the American Speech Hearing Association and the New Jersey Speech Hearing Language Association.
